You are a busy professional, a busy mom, a busy young woman who strives to make her way to a successful career. Regardless our wishes we all admit that health plays a major role. However, it seems harder and harder to keep and maintain it. Still there are several at-handy actions you could take right away for your well-being. Make it your personal little project and at least try for a week the following heath tricks that might have amazing results.

The First health trick! It’s not little to say that breakfast is scientifically proved to be the critical detail that might orchestrate the rest of your day. It’s a theory we know but here are several reasons for which your effort to wake up 15 minutes earlier in the morning will fully pay – off because having a good healthy breakfast translates into:

ü  Increased brain power and function

ü  Your metabolism boosts

ü  Your digestion will be improved

ü  Prevents you from having heavy meals at mid-day when you’d be hungrier

The Second health trick! Throughout the day inevitably you will need a snack which often becomes a reason to eat chips, lots of sugars (candies, chocolates). Acknowledge this daily natural need and be prepared! Therefore, make sure you have at handy your favorite fresh healthy vegetables or fruits. If you really need something sweet try a few pieces of dried fruits that will have the sugar that you need but also nutrients specific of the fruits.

The Third health trick!  Sleep, sleep and sleep! Easier said than done but deprivation of sleep or constant insufficient sleep will affect significantly your capacity to function and will affect your health. You won’t want to be lethargic, gain weight constantly or have embarrassing memory loss .However you could avoid all these if you make a few qualitative changes in your sleeping habits. Here’s a trick, every evening before sleeping do an activity that you truly enjoy either that you read several of your favorite articles, or have a home-made facial treatment this kind of activity will provide the relaxation that you would need before sleeping. Another trick is to use your favorite shower gel with the perfume that you love so much or get in your favorite cozy pajamas! At the same time, while well-airing your bedroom, change the bed sheets! You will see that comfort sensation will contribute a lot at a good night sleep and a better health control!

In the middle of our busyness lives there are definitely ways to take charge of your health and insert several new habits that could make incredible amazing difference when defining happiness and success!
